Would you be willing to adjust the title of this lesson, to make it more consistent with the listing on the Data Carpentry lessons page? I would prefer to do it this way around -- as opposed to adjusting the listing on the DC website to match the lesson title here -- since I am generally in favour of lesson titles that describe the skills that the learner will gain from following the lesson.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
