Outdated Base Image OS no longer receiving security patches

Describe the issue: Outdated Base Image

The base image the dask container is built on uses condaforge/mambaforge:23.3.1-1 which is outdated i'm showing the latest version is condaforge/mambaforge:24.9.2-0 which has had several updates to the base OS image which means they still receive security patches. Can you please update your base image to pickup the latest OS which allows for receiving security patches please 🙏

Mambaforge is totally deprecated so we probably want to look into moving to https://hub.docker.com/r/condaforge/miniforge3 instead.
