I'll start pushing this out in a few minutes

EDIT: Actually we need to get dask/dask#12093 merged before merging (otherwise docs builds are failing). I'll push this release back to tomorrow morning US central time to make sure everything is coordinated.

We also need to merge dask/distributed#9125 to get docs builds running there too
