Add Unit testing

Current project have no unit test (we can implement them using undici MockAgent etc).

The Github API fixtures should help, it's also possible to make something cleaner i guess.

Hi @PierreDemailly. Wouldn't it be interesting to test the constructor's elements (e.g.: make sure that GITHUB_TOKEN is well defined)
