Expose the "executables" field

This package currently doesn't expose the pubspec's executables field. It would be nice if it resolved the symbolic executable names to the paths of the executable files relative to the package root.

I found the solution to be straightforward after reviewing the code, so I’ve submitted a PR: #1952.
