dart.dev does not have an interactive language tour

Describe the problem

Dart Lang site currently has an playground (with some sample programs that can be selected from dropdown) and a seprate language tour guide (https://dart.dev/guides/language/language-tour). But the language tour guide is not interact and a bit verbose. An interactive language tour similar to go lang's would be beginner friendly.
Svlte's guide is another good example.

Thanks for the suggestion @sanathusk. It would definitely be interesting to introduce a completely workshop/interactive style of the language tour using DartPad.

For now, the Dart codelabs are a great way to get a sort of similar experience. The Dart cheatsheet codelab is a particularly good way to get familiar with the language.
