What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. clone https://github.com/prujohn/buckshot_html, pub install
2. run a dartium launch for "switchy.html", it should crash dartium.
3. run the same app as a dart2js launch, runs fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no snaps, or at least better feedback.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win8, 64-bit. dart editor build 15355

John,

I really need your help to understand what goes on here.

AFAIK, when you run JS-compiled version, you use not Dartium bundled with the editor, but default system browser.

You may change that in launching configuration management dialog box.

May I ask you to try to use bundled Dartium to run your JS compiled application and check if it makes Dartium aw snap?

I will try to repro on Windows myself too, but I'd really appreciate if you can double check too.
