The SVG documentation for Dart is very lacking.
No wonder that there are no cool SVG libraries for Dart. Dart is looking "old" because it is missing trendy things like this:

I suggest you some web pages that should be on the Dart website as articles/tutorial/examples for use of SVG (after being converted from javascript to Dart):
