The 1.1.0-nullsafety version is considered earlier than 1.1.0
which is already published. Use 1.2.0-nullsafety instead.

The `1.1.0-nullsafety` version is considered _earlier_ than `1.1.0`
which is already published. Use `1.2.0-nullsafety` instead.

I'm not 100% sure of the risks of having that 1.1.0-nullsafey package out there, or the risks of publishing again at this version number... Opening this PR to start the discussion.

This should be fine, imo. People have already downloaded the other 1.1.0-nullsafety version so we can't remove it from pub, but it shouldn't cause issues.
