This removes the last blocker for moving this repo to the dart-lang/sdk repository 🎉 .
The generated code is almost the same, without the import prefixes. But even removing those, there are no import conflicts 🎉 .
The PR is basically just implementing the code_builder support natively, but it takes almost the same amount of code 🎉 .
