Surface access to version and other info from embed layout

Consider having a small button that surfaces DartPad info in a dialog. It could surface the version and channel info, as well as have a button to show the keyboard shortcuts.

The keyboard shortcuts page should also explain how to move focus out of the editor (Esc + Tab).
