AI > Update Code > not what expected

What happened?

I've been using Copilot a lot with VS Code. One of the things I can do is highlight code and then opt to update the code. I was expecting a similar behavior with Gemini for Dart Pad.

Steps to reproduce problem

Expected (based on Copilot):

1. Select code to update.
2. Click Gemini > Update Code.
3. Gemini refactors the code & presents the results in a window.

Current:

1. Copy code.
2. Click Gemini > Update Code.
3. Paste the code into the text box.
4. Click Generate.
5. Gemini refactors the code & presents the results in a window.

Additional info

This may not be a bug, but I wanted to bring this up as a potential user experience issue.

Be design: Update Code updates all of the code in the code pane and not just the selection. I'd be interested in hearing how people think about that new feature in future versions.

Also, you pasted the code you wanted updated into the prompt dialog? Were you expecting that to just update the pasted code?
