* Rename intro to logger so it appears as the quick start title on pkgdown. * Delete accidentally committed migration.html * Merge anatomy with customise since they're so closely related * Convert cross-vignette links to calls to `vignette()`, which pkgdown will turn into real links. * Add missing alt-text. * Add some basic pkgdown meta data.
