Resizer disappeared from usable form, with updated T-bird 75.5.1 (32 bit)

Poof! Not available. In other words, when I right click on a photo that I've dragged into an email, I no longer have the option to resize it. But the resizer was still listed in my active add-ons, for T-bird.

Do a check for (add-on) updates or reinstall it.
