* chore: regenerate gRPC client against Dapr 1.19.0-rc.1 protos The committed dapr/proto/ gencode was last regenerated 2026-07-08 (#1126), before dapr/dapr#10461 added GetActorTimer/ListActorTimers to dapr/proto/runtime/v1/dapr.proto (lines 108 and 117 as of v1.19.0-rc.1). That RPC pair was entirely missing from the generated stubs. Regenerated with `tools/regen_grpcclient.sh` against the dapr/dapr v1.19.0-rc.1 tag (the script's archive URL only resolves branches, so this run used a local, uncommitted tweak to fetch the tag; the script itself is unchanged in this diff -- happy to fix that URL limitation separately if useful). grpcio-tools stays pinned at 1.81.1 (pyproject.toml, unchanged) per AGENTS.md: a newer grpcio-tools would raise the grpcio/protobuf floors this SDK declares, which is a separate, deliberate change, not a side effect of a proto regen. Changed: actors_pb2.py(.pyi), dapr_pb2.py, dapr_pb2_grpc.py, jobs_pb2.py(.pyi), workflow_pb2.py(.pyi). common_pb2.py and the other runtime/v1 stubs are byte-identical to what's committed -- their .proto sources did not change between the 07-08 baseline and rc.1. This is a gencode-only change: no dapr/ source outside dapr/proto/ is touched, and no DaprClient method is added for the new RPCs -- that is SDK feature work for a separate PR (tracked for WS3 in this release's SDK-parity workstream). Verified locally: - `uv run ruff check .`: all checks passed. - `uv run ruff format --check .`: 459 files already formatted (no diff). - `uv run mypy`: no issues found in 222 source files. - `uv run pytest tests/test_proto_gencode_floor.py`: 2 passed (confirms the unchanged grpcio-tools pin keeps the stamped protobuf/grpcio floors within what pyproject.toml declares). - `uv run pytest -m "not e2e" ./tests --ignore=tests/integration --ignore=tests/examples`: 2159 passed, 41 deselected, 0 failed. Needs `backport release-1.19` once merged: release-1.19's uv.lock/proto tree is currently main's from before this change, and py#1258 (the rc1 version PR) does not touch dapr/proto/. Compared with rc.1, rc.2 adds max_tokens to the conversation request, and metadata to the actor reminder and timer callback messages. grpcio-tools stays at 1.81.1.
