Update Spring Boot to 3.4.6 and align Spring version

Expected Behavior

Spring Boot 3.4.6 version should point to Spring 6.2.7

Actual Behavior

We are using Spring Boot 3.4.3 and pointing to Spring 6.1.21, versions that are not aligned.
Versions shouldn't be updated individually
