Support Service to Service testing scenarios for Spring Boot #1304

Supporting Service to Service scenarios using Testcontainers for Spring Boot is required to enable users to test applications that rely on service to service invocation capabilities.

Tasks:

• Add an example to the spring-boot-examples/ producer and consumer applications to document how this is done for Spring Boot users to copy.
• Add Documentation in the spring-boot/ section
