Not able to deploy the contract to public network

I am facing issues when deploying to public network like Ropsten using Infura.
I followed the steps exactly as in: https://trufflesuite.com/guides/using-infura-custom-provider/

give a try to goerli. And you can also use Hardhat instead of infura which is much more easy with configuration
