I have not yet been able to build and test this change. I hope to have more time to do that in the next few weeks, but I am posting this now just in case it's helpful to dapetcu21 or others.

We probably want to make this a configurable option (like run while iconified) instead of assuming all games want to use ambient mode.

- use Ambient category to prevent interrupting other audio playing in the system (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/avfaudio/avaudiosession/category-swift.struct/ambient)
