Minimal reproduction of cookie-backed [SupplyParameterFromTempData] failing during a non-streaming static SSR EditForm submission on .NET 11 Preview 7.
- Run
dotnet run. - Open the displayed URL.
- Select Set TempData and redirect.
The server logs CookieTempDataNotPersistedAfterResponseStarted, and the redirected page doesn't display the expected message. The app doesn't enable an interactive render mode, session state, or [StreamRendering].
The project intentionally omits <BlazorDisableThrowNavigationException>true</BlazorDisableThrowNavigationException>. This matches apps created before the new Preview 7 template default and exercises the legacy navigation-exception path. Adding that property prevents the failure.
