[BUG] GetCurrentPackageFullName could not be located

Windows 7 64-bit

Description of issue

When starting Packet Sender Version v8.8.9 Portable I get the following error message:

packetsender.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetCurrentPackageFullName could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

OK   
---------------------------

The last version of Packet Sender portable that works on my system is 8.1.1

Windows 7 is no longer supported. I'm sorry, but you will have to stay with 8.1.1.
