Prevent some warning since PHP 7.3

Is there a reason that this hasn't been merged, @danielstjules ? This instantly fixes an important problem that I have where I cannot use Slugify. |

Is there any chance on getting this issue resolved? I've provided information about what has changed in 7.3 that is causing this error to be thrown. |
