Add support for Skip.tools (ability to port Apps to Android)

I have attempted to port the DeckKit to Android via Skip.tools... but it's beyond my ability.

The card style App that I wish to use DeckKit has a sponsor that would love to see the InspireME Cards on Android.

@davidakoontz Perhaps the new version is easier to port, since I have removed a lot of stuff from the library?

Ah yes, I bet so. I found your code to be too good. Very well done. When the Skip.tools didn't know how to deal with it... it was above my pay grade... (abstractions I did not grok) so I ended up with the choice of floundering to understand or commenting out features (in hopes of learning more and figuring it out later) well later never came.
As I reflect now on the unfinished port... I never got to beta stage... and had to remove many of the features I wanted in a card deck Lib.

If you don't do it... I'm not capabile of doing it...

Thank you! 🙏 I think Skip looks very exciting, but I have no time to dive into it at the moment. Would be a fun way to start doing stuff for the Android ecosystem again though.
