Integrate the Vert.x Maven Plugin for Maven projects?

I thing it would be a nice feature to integrate the Vert.x Maven Plugin (io.fabric8.vertx-maven-plugin) so that it is simple to do redeploy and run.

The proto is on-hold. There is a discussion on the vertx-dev ML to merge all the starter-generator initiative.

So keep your issue in mind for the target project.
