iOS 17.4 Windows

I have started a tunnel using `ios.exe tunnel start` command in Windows (after starting as admin). 

I am connecting a iPAd running 17.4. When running `ios.exe tunnel ls` I cant see a tunnel created, but 
`ios.exe apps --list` lists the apps in the device. 

Can you let me know why we don't get any tunnel details? @danielpaulus
