ARM compatibility

Hi @daniela-hase,

I successfully built an ARM-compatible Docker image for the ONVIF server to run on ARM-based systems like Raspberry Pi and Apple Silicon (M1/M2) Macs. I noticed that the existing image only supports AMD64, so I made some adjustments to the Dockerfile and the build process to support ARM.

I’d love to contribute these changes back to the project. Let me know if you’re open to incorporating ARM support, and I can create a pull request with the necessary adjustments.

It looks like my Dockerfile changes were redundant as it builds just fine as-is with docker build or docker buildx.
(I was following this guide)

@sghoweri you should be able to build locally with this for arm64:
docker build --platform=linux/arm64 -t test/onvif-server:arm64 .

@daniela-hase you may just need to adjust your build process to build for other architectures. As a side note, I was not able to build locally for arm64, I think due to issues with emulation.
