Describe your changes
This PR extends read_cropreporter to detect and load GFP, RFP, and APH DAT files when available.
GFP - green fluorescent protein intensity measurements (dark + signal frames)
RFP - red fluorescent protein intensity measurements (dark + signal frame)
APH - reflectance measurements at 660 nm (red) and 730 nm (far-red)
