Tricky part -- uses 0.date.PATCH -- so calver? not sure if auto supports...

TODO:

• check if auto supports such versioning
• add basic CHANGELOG from existing tags
• add labels
• add workflow

auto at the moment doesn't support CalVer as indicated in the open issue, intuit/auto#2385, which you participated in.

eh... we can then switch to regular semver ... I could even retag that "release". proceed as if it was 0.1.0.
