Windows Installer (MSI?)

The python installer works well for most people, as Linux and MacOS usually has python installed and people using RF / RFSwarm also will also have python installed.

However some windows users might not have python installed on the machine they plan to use Test Data Table on, especially if they are planning to use Test Data Table with other tools (like JMeter or Neoload), so I was asked if I could create a windows installer package that would install Python and then TDT with a single install.
