Issues with whitespace in typing-session

More often than not there are some strange whitespace issues.

Because of fill-region there are annoying whitespace which is preserved (notice the space at the beginning of each line):

Conclusion: fill-region is annoying.

There should be a strategy to normalize text before inserting it into the speed-type-session (initializing and add-word-fn). Also subject to #50
