What

Copy-only follow-up to dailydotdev/daily-api#4389. The API now opens a chat whenever the recipient follows the sender (one-way), instead of requiring a mutual follow. The request composer and the empty request list still said "don't follow each other" / "don't follow back", which is no longer the rule.

 • Composer: "@peer doesn't follow you, so send a short message request first."
 • Request list empty state: "People you don't follow land here first, so you decide who can message you."
 • Comment on DmAccess.RequestRequired updated to match.

No logic change; getDmAccess already mirrors whatever the API returns.

The API now opens the chat whenever the recipient follows the sender, so
the composer and the empty request list no longer talk about users
following each other.

You and @{peer.username} don't follow each other, so send a short
message request first. You can chat once they accept.

Non-blocking, about merge order: this copy is only true once dailydotdev/daily-api#4389 is deployed. If apps ships first, a viewer the peer does follow, but who doesn't follow the peer back, still gets request_required from the current API and would read "@peer doesn't follow you", which is wrong for them. The two PRs aren't fully independent: please merge this after the API change is live (or together with it).
