ci: introduce continuous release

Introducing continuous release using pkg.pr.new:

• Each commits in a pull request branch generate the package URLs hosted by pkg.pr.new.
• Automatically comment a link of the demo running in Stackblitz.
• Make demo to get independent tsconfig since demo is an example app irrelevant with the workspace. reference
