Move the
FileFormatclass to the "common" SWT directory as there is no platform specific code.I was going to update the class to 4.7.3 in this pull request, but adding additional code to the moved file would treat it as a new file (meaning larger diff).
(The purpose of updating will be to fix a would-be future cyclic dependency that I encountered.)
