Update tuxedo_suite.json

fixed some typos in descriptions, changed maskfile id as it was repeated twice with different meaning, deleted -proc as we don't want the user to set it, added trailing spaces after the arguments, "stder" and "mexit" are now type "string" with validator to enforce number to avoid passing a wrong default value trough the DE.
Also the last parameter needs to be fixed (default has to be one of the enumValues).
