[WIP] Electron 6.0.10

• Rebase off of develop once Electron v5.0.10 #4720 is merged
• stability checking isn't working right, broke between Chrome 76 and Chrome 75 (works)
  • Changelog: Fixed bug with Chrome 76+ where page load might not complete if Javascript is the request initiator.
    • Used https://github.com/chromium/chromium/blob/master/tools/bisect-builds.py to find the commit that introduced the breaking change: python2 bisect-builds.py --use-local-cache --not-interactive --archive=linux64 -g 652428 -b 665006 -c "node $CYPRESS_PATH/cli/bin/cypress run --dev --project $CYPRESS_PATH/packages/driver/test --spec $CYPRESS_PATH/packages/driver/test/cypress/integration/e2e/redirects_spec.coffee --browser %p"

  • still haven't found a good fix for this, doubt there is one outside of being able to force Chrome policy ourselves
