chore(unify): optimize deps automatically, clean up unused files

This updates optimizeDeps whenever a cjs dependency is imported and autogenerates values in the package.json. This change will speed up initial load immensely and is based on Antfu's Optimize Persist plugin.

Additionally, there were some unused files that I removed.
