Cypress cloud test report keeps refreshing failure screenshot

Current behavior

You can see the screenshot image getting refreshed over and over here for some reason..

UPDATE:

After re-navigating to that posted link, I am no longer seeing this issue, but I do still see it on the tab that I had opened initially (tab on the left continuously refreshing itself whereas the new tab on the right does not). See this screenrecording for evidence:
