Remove explicit playwright-webkit version 1.34 pinning

The WebKit (Experimental) section specifies

Install the playwright-webkit npm package in your repo to acquire WebKit itself: npm install playwright-webkit@1.34 --save-dev

playwright@1.34.3 was released more than one year ago in May 2023.

  • Issue with Github Actions not closing/finishing when testing with playwright-webkit (Safari) cypress#27141 (comment) from Feb 2024, describes that the issue was no longer reproducible with playwright-webkit@1.41.2 with WebKit v17 (17.4) and suggested closing the issue.
• Debian 12, which is the operating system for current Cypress Docker images, requires a minimum of playwright@1.37 - see playwright@1.37 release notes, making the instructions incompatible with use of these images

Change

In the WebKit (Experimental) section, remove the playwright-webkit@1.34 version pinning and format the command so it is copyable.

Move the Playwright acknowledgement out of the instructions to install.
