If you were to write the following, then your PR would have been automatically linked and the issues would then have been automatically closed after the PR was closed:

• Fixes Electron examples link is broken #5131
• Fixes Invalid link to the repo for stubbing events from Electron #5282

You have to follow the syntax though. If you write "fixes issue #5131" for instance (with the word "issue" between) then it does not link the PR to the issue automatically.
