Support wildcards in cypress/factory #890

Hey
I guess it would be awesome to support wildcards in cypress/factory so we can use the latest major release (for example ARG NODE_VERSION='^18' or ARG CYPRESS_VERSION='^12') or even latest
Any plans to add it?
