Bug: invalid passphrase dialog is shown, even though cancel was chosen by user

Current Behavior

invalid passphrase dialog is shown when "esc" is pressed or "cancel" is chosen

Expected Behavior

no password was entered, as such, an "invalid password" popup dosen't make sense
