Feature/whitelist

A whitelist / blacklist can be created at setup and is saved in a environment variable as a comma separated string.
If both a whitelist and a blacklist are given, the whitelist will be checked first.

You can review this PR, so it can be merged into the master branch.
But you can also checkout this pull request with this git command:
