Installation issue

To Reproduce
Removed all the old code, and pulled the latest. Followed the installation instruction.

When does this issue happen?

Can you try localhost:3001 and tell me what's in your logs file?

Seems like your port 3001 is already in use, are you sure nothing is blocking 3001?

see my second command, it shows nothing was listening on port 3001.

I see you are using lsof to determine the port availability. When I run it on my system, i see the following.

Wow that's interesting, port 3001 is in use error and then lsof doesn't show anything running on it. Anyone else knows the fix on this?

I am actually curious if anyone else is running into this, or only me.

try

netstat -tulpn | grep 3001

instead

worked, thank you. I am able to get it up and running. But I see other issues. I will open another one.
