• Crash installation
• Crash installation in the moment of config format update - the time window is too small
• Crash installation in the moment of history format update
• Rerun installation and crash it over an over again
• Remove permissions on the history file
• Remove permissions on the config file

Update from v2.8.1 breaks reshctl command until terminal restart. The shell function is shadowing the executable. We could unset the function in new version but I don't this it worth it.

There is a decent error message with info about possible version mismatch and instructions to restart the teminal.

The setup is quite resilient because the backups always have unique names.

Killing the installation in the middle is usually ok. But it's usually necessary to rerun the installation to fix the "half-upgraded" state.
