Cycle -1.Alpha

Cycle -1 contains almost nothing. This schedule is valid from 11/28-12/6 (release on repl.it discord). The version for this time period is 0.0.x.

Cycle 0.Alpha

Once Cycle survives the negatives, the version will be changed to 0.1.x
