Update the readme to the latest changes made

The current game has been modified greatly. The README should be updated with following points in mind:

• Are the screenshots from the current project updated in this PR Feat: Redesign app with 'Critter Clash' theme  #3 ?
• Is it simple enough that beginners are able to follow it for deploying the project locally?
• Were there any issues found in the current readme.? Mention them.
