Remove maxmeyer from list of maintainers

Summary

Remove me from the list of maintainers as I don't have time to support aruba in way it deserves. There's @mvz now who is a good maintainer and helps the project to make progress.

Motivation and Context

I struggle to support aruba and it's community in a "proper" way. I'm not allowed to do open source during business hours and don't have enough time for aruba in my spare time. I hope this might change in the future.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Refactoring (cleanup of codebase withouth changing any existing functionality)
• Update documentation
