Can we preset cube layout from its state?

I get this from my cube when it connects:

[SmartCube] decoded initial state:
  B: [2 3 3 2 6 6 2 6 6]
  U: [5 5 6 5 5 6 5 5 6]
  L: [1 2 2 1 2 2 5 2 2]
  F: [4 1 1 4 1 1 4 5 5]
  D: [3 3 3 3 3 3 1 1 1]
  R: [4 4 6 4 4 6 4 4 3]

This is basicaly just U' R'. I have spent many many hours on this, but I just can't figure out a way how to visualize this as initial state one twisty cube view.

Indeed, you can set setupTransformation on the model directly:

(Support for setting the setup pattern is not implemented yet, since this introduces new challenges with the model. But if you're getting valid 3×3×3 positions from a real cube, you should be able to set it using a transformation.)

Do you have any more details on the smart cube? We do have some implementations already, and it might be worth adding support directly so that you don't have to calculate the
