Refresh all supported formats before opening Windows Default Apps

Windows Default Apps could retain an older registration with only 16 extensions after Kova Image gained more formats. Opening Default Apps from the viewer now refreshes registration for all 67 supported extensions before launching Settings, while preserving Windows' existing default choices.

The association smoke check reads the extension lists from the Rust sources and also verifies SupportedTypes and the application command. The documentation records the behavior and local validation. Video/audio playback still depends on installed Windows codecs; clean-machine acceptance remains unverified.

Validation performed:

• Formatting, locked build/check, strict all-target Clippy and workspace tests pass on Windows (145 passed, 3 ignored); the release executable builds.
• Registration checked against the permanent installation: all 67 extensions, quoted commands, SupportedTypes, OpenWithProgids and RegisteredApplications pass; existing UserChoice values remain unchanged.
• No generated builds, personal files or secrets are included.

No dependencies or decoders changed.
