boolean `attribute_suffix` argument in `get_elements_dataframe` 

Introduce a boolean  `attribute_suffix` argument in the `get_elements_dataframe` function to simplify use in conjunction with `update_or_create_hierarchy_from_dataframe` function.

Also allow overrule of default `Type` column name for element type to avoid conflict with common attribute name `Type`
